All this talk of Kony got me to thinking about my old Ugandan roommate Patrick. He called the cops when I tried to get him to move out of my apartment, because he was a month late on rent, because he spent all his money on booze and coke. Eventually, he did leave, owing me a little over $1000 for rent and utilities.

Obviously, he isn’t as bad as Kony… but I have never had to deal with Kony…
